Product Introduction
The product is a adhesive material that can be activated by UV light. Before activation, it can be handled and die-cut like a normal PSA tape. After activation, it achieves shear strength comparable to high-performance PSA (2-3MPa) within 2 hours at room temperature, and achieves structural adhesive strength (> 7 MPa) after 24 hours. This makes it ideal for electronic assembly applications that require rapid development of high bonding strength.
